Holiday Brownie Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • Hot fudge sauce
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Raspberries
  • Fresh mint

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Grease the bottom of an 8×8 baking pan.
  • Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl, stir until moist.
  • Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners.
  • Bake for 25-28 minutes. Cool before serving.
  • Cut into squares, place on dessert plate and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
