Holiday Brownie Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Hot fudge sauce
- Vanilla ice cream
- Raspberries
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F
- Grease the bottom of an 8×8 baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl, stir until moist.
- Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes. Cool before serving.
- Cut into squares, place on dessert plate and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
