Southwest Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef, turkey or chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (398 ml) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (540 ml) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (796 ml) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (540 ml) kernel corn, undrained
- 2 Tbsp Mango Chile Lime Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp The Perfect Blend Seasoning
- 4 cups beef or chicken broth
Instructions
- In a large soup pot, brown ground meat, drain fat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients, bring to to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
- Top soup with sour cream, shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
