Sweet Hickory Baked Garbanzo Beans
Ingredients
1 can (425g) garbanzo beans
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Hickory & Maple Garlic Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Drain the can of garbanzo beans in a strainer and rinse with water. Shake and tap the strainer to remove excess water and then blot with paper towel. Place oil, beans and seasoning in a plastic bag and shake to coat.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bean are a deep golden brown and crunchy.
