Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pack Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup raisins1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in mason jar and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight.

Top with berries, seeds, or nuts in the morning to keep them crunchy.
