Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 Cup Milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 pack Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Ground Flax
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 cup raisins1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in mason jar and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight.
Top with berries, seeds, or nuts in the morning to keep them crunchy.
